Boat Bowl with Handles

The boat bowl is carved from village teak in an elongated oval form with handles at each end — wide enough for a generous serving of salad, olives, or shared food, long enough to sit naturally as a centrepiece on a dining table. The handles make it easy to pass around or carry from kitchen to table without a separate serving board.

The village teak’s warm grain and natural character make the bowl as decorative as it is functional. Works for salads, fruit, bread, or as a display vessel for seasonal botanicals and objects when not in use for food. Oil periodically to maintain the timber’s natural quality.
